The serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase or aspartate aminotransferase(SGOT / AST).

2. The serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase or alanine aminotransferase (SGPT / ALT).

SGOT/AST

SGOT is found in the liver, the heart, the muscles and the kidneys.
